Social security cards were never designed to be a means of identification when established by the US Government. They were individual numbers issued to track social security information and payments. However, over the past 40 years more and more companies, and even the US government, has begun using SSN as a primary means of identification. In some cases it is more of a positive identification than a photo ID.

This selection is the new style of social security cards. This would be the card one would have should they have requested it post 2005. It has micro-printing as well as a gold glitter raised embossed USA centered on the bottom of the card.  This card is individually produced by our artists and are 1 of a kind.

Our novelty Social Security cards can be imprinted with any name/number that you desire. We offer both the old style: those issued between the years of 1980 and 2004
